For Reusable medical protective clothing products, protective performance is the most important performance requirement, including the barrier requirements for liquids, microorganisms and particulate matter, which need to meet relevant strict standards without any mistakes.
The performance requirements of Reusable medical protective clothing products are mainly protective (sealing), wearability, safety and hygiene.
Protective requirements Reusable medical protective clothing products have liquid barrier function, especially the key parts of protective clothing (left and right front, left and right arms and back positions) need to be impermeable to water.
1. The hydrostatic pressure resistance is not less than 1.67 kilopascals (kPa);
2. The anti-synthetic blood penetration is not lower than grade 2, that is, the synthetic blood acts on the protective clothing with a pressure of 1.75 kPa, and cannot penetrate after 5 minutes;
3. The water level on the outer side of the protective clothing shall not be lower than level 3.
4. It is also necessary to prevent the penetration of micro-particles, and the filtration efficiency of non-oily particles at key parts and joints is not less than 70%.
The wearability requires that the medical protective clothing has sufficient strength and dimensional stability. During the tensile test, the breaking strength is not less than 45 N, and the breaking elongation is not less than 30%; in terms of wearing comfort, the protective clothing material has moisture permeability. quantity requirements.
Safe and hygienic production requires medical protective clothing itself to be non-toxic, non-skin irritating, and resistant to mold growth.
In general, the main purpose of Reusable medical protective clothing products is to protect the human body from the external environment, and to minimize the possible impact of the human body on the product and the working environment. It has a wide range of applications and a powerful effect.
