Reusable medical protective clothing products play a vital role in actual protection. Therefore, in the future, I hope that all medical workers on the front line should firstly choose high-quality disposable medical protective clothing, and secondly, pay more attention in actual operation and protect themselves. Here, as a senior manager of a medical protective clothing manufacturer, I will popularize the professional knowledge of Reusable medical protective clothing products from the following dimensions.
The conventional fabric of Reusable medical protective clothing products is a non-woven fabric composed of PP+PE. Its thickness is generally 65g, and the elongation at break and other indicators meet the standards. Bar seal, the inside of the placket is sealed with a heat-sealed tape, the hood cuffs, the cuffs, the trousers, the leg openings, and the waist. Good protective clothing should meet the above standards, with good workmanship, good sealing of the rubber strip, no falling off, and low defect rate. If the requirements are high, a mouth guard or a zipper and a double placket can be added to the neck to increase the sealing firmness. The packaging is required to be paper-plastic packaging of medical dialysis paper. Such packaging will be sterilized more thoroughly after sterilization in an ethylene oxide sterilization cabinet for 12 hours. The outer box has a blue sterilization label.
Disposable Type5 protective clothing is generally a one-piece type, that is, the jacket and the trousers are one piece, but it should be noted that the one-piece written on the label should not be mistaken for a foot cover. If purchasing medical protective clothing, the manufacturer of Reusable medical protective clothing products generally asks whether it is to have feet attached or not. Even the feet are the whole one piece of clothing that only shows one face after wearing it, and the rest are all sealed together. The difference between the one without feet and the one with feet is that there is no foot cover under the trouser legs. Most of the protective clothing products on the market are of this type. The foot cover needs to be purchased separately, but the overall price is basically the same. Please consult the manufacturer for the specific price.
