On April 11, Yang Xiaojun, Vice Mayor of the Xiangtan Municipal People’s Government, led a team to visit and investigate key enterprises for ensuring the supply of epidemic prevention materials and key enterprises in the industrial chain, with the first stop being Hunan Yourfield Grou.
At 8:30 a.m., Vice Mayor Yang Xiaojun and his delegation first inspected our company’s production operations, thoroughly inquiring about product sales, raw-material supply, project construction, and other related matters. They then engaged in an in-depth exchange with our company’s management to gain a clear understanding of the pressing challenges and issues that urgently need to be addressed. With regard to longstanding issues such as fire-safety acceptance for the industrial park, recruitment difficulties, and ensuring a stable supply of electricity, they convened on-site coordination meetings with relevant departments to discuss and finalize solutions, while also setting specific timelines for each department to meet. In response to our company’s requests for talent in pharmaceutical sciences, artificial intelligence, and specialized technical skills, they proactively arranged for the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to liaise with relevant vocational colleges to facilitate talent development.
