On June 4, Wang Zhexiong, head of the Inspection and Guidance Panel - which draws from seven national ministries and commissions on epidemic prevention materials - and the Director of the Department of Device Supervision of the State Food and Drug Administration, along with other representatives of the seven ministries and commissions, came to Yourfield for an inspection tour. They were also accompanied by Yan Jicheng, member of Xiangtan Municipal NPC Standing Committee, and Mo Qiuhua, Director of the Xiangtan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation.

On June 8, Ning Zili, Director of the Provincial People's Government Supervision Office, and Chen Jie, Deputy Director of the Supervision Office, made an inspection tour of Yourfield.

As a compassionate and responsible enterprise, Yourfield has been paying close attention to anti-epidemic dynamics since the initial outbreak of the novel coronavirus. It decisively responded to the first call of the State Council and the provincial government, taking initiative to assume social responsibility by shifting to the production of medical protective clothing. We deployed production from day one of the lunar new year - from scheduling, designing, proofing, and inspection, to the procurement of raw materials, machinery and equipment, to the summoning of personnel.

Within three days, Yourfield had submitted all required information and obtained all permits necessary for the production of medical protective clothing - to be the first such manufacturer in Hunan Province - thanks to the support of the provincial and municipal government leadership and relevant departments.

In eighteen hours, how did we get enough space for production? Key municipal leadership of Xiangtan proactively offered support upon hearing of our challenges. They made calls and found space for capacity expansion. Still, the company was lacking raw materials, so what happened next? Working groups coordinated material support with various government bodies. Still, the company was lacking personnel, so then what? Competent authorities in human resources and healthcare worked together to locate skilled workers and rapidly concentrate them in our enterprise.

With the help of provincial and municipal departments, Yourfield worked hard to expand its plants' production. Whatever challenges lay ahead, competent authorities in the high-tech zone made their services openly available to us. Thus in the science park, by the joint effort of all compassionate enterprises, we finished commissioning equipment... The very next day, we welcomed Vice Governor Chen Fei to Yourfield for inspection.

In ten days, the first batch of certified products officially left the factory and went to support the front line of the anti-epidemic fight. Since then, Yourfield has maintained efforts to continue expanding the range of its medical garment manufacture, continuously improve efficiency, and grow through gradual development.

Three letters

On February 10, the "Letter on Increasing the Number of Key Manufacturers in the Country's Temporary Reserve" was issued.

In order to respond to emergency demand for prevention and control materials in key areas, the State Council included Yourfield in its immediate list as a key manufacturer in the national temporary reserve. In order to further improve abilities to secure vital supplies, the Medical Supplies Security Team of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council (JPCMSC) was made responsible for our company's unified management and distribution.

On February 11, the "Letter on Stationing a Special Agent to the Enterprise for the Management of Key Medical Supplies for Epidemic Prevention and Control" was issued.

Our company actively cooperated with national deployment in order to guarantee the production of key medical supplies. We made every effort to expand production capacity, ensure emergency supplies for key areas, and make overall greater contributions to decisively win the fight against the epidemic.

On March 11, we received a Letter of Recognition from the State Council.

The State Council of the People's Republic of China issued a letter to Yourfield thanking the enterprise for its outstanding contributions in the fight against the epidemic of novel coronavirus. We will continue to carry forth this spirit of courage, responsibility, combat, innovation, exploration and dedication.

"Your company has successfully completed the national allocation target of 23,000 pieces of national standard medical protective clothing, an outstanding contribution in the war of epidemic prevention and control. Hereby, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to your company! I hope your company will keep up the good work, innovating anti-epidemic achievements for a comprehensive victory over the novel coronavirus!" The State Council's Response to the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism (medical supplies security team) expressed in the Letter of Recognition: "In the struggle to guarantee medical supplies, Yourfield Company, with a competent understanding of the overall situation, consciously abided by the state's overall deployment and actively explored potential to expand capacity and production. They strove to overcome severe difficulties, such as in logistics, to establish a supply of raw materials, organize production, and ensure quality and quantity. Yourfield has completed the allocation tasks issued by the State Council and met the needs of national epidemic prevention and control."

By May 2020, Yourfield's medical garment manufacture covered single-use protective clothing for medical use, disposable surgical gowns, disposable sterile medical caps and disposable isolation gowns.

Yourfield has built its own clean workshop with a total area exceeding 5,000 square meters, primarily for the production of medical garments. The sterile area is built according to 10,000-grade standards and the dust-free workshop is built according to 300,000-grade standards. This is truly a new chapter for the people of Yourfield. Here we stand upon the wave of the national medical industry's intensified development, grasping long-term sustainable development for the enterprise, planting ourselves firmly upon the fertile land of the great city Liancheng. Yourfield invested RMB 40 million in the construction of an 18,000 m² sterilization center with an annual capacity of 70,000 m3. Adopting a service model of standardized, centralized sterilization and supply, the company's organizational management system features standard procedure, optimal IT deployment, and high-level professionals. It is working to produce integrated medical supplies (e.g. sterilized supplies), to promote the sinking of quality medical supplies, and to improve the capacity of grassroots medical services. At the same time, Yourfield is improving production efficiency, raising sterilization quality, and reducing the risk of sensory control, realizing the optimal allocation of medical resources in the region and building a regional sterilization center in Hunan Province. 

Since the stabilization of the epidemic domestically, Yourfield has focused on providing public anti-epidemic products for the overseas market. Yourfield's protective clothing has been exported to a number of countries including Russia, Morocco, Hungary, India, and Kenya. At present, the number of medical protective suits sold by Yourfield, the value of production, and corresponding collected taxes are all exhibiting exponential growth.
