For prevention of the novel coronavirus epidemic
Yourfield is on the move.
Mencius says: "A disadvantaged man can only cultivate his own virtue; finding advantage, one must bring benefit to the world." Yourfield have always striven to fulfill this social mission. Upon the initial outbreak, Yourfield, as a reserve unit of the city's Emergency Management Agency, stood out as one of active contributors helping the community with mask provisions.
At the dawn of the new year, Yourfield joined hands with the Volunteer Association of Help Group of Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd. to engage in charity work.

Although it is tradition to visit friends and relatives during the Chinese New Year, one must be prudent in the prevention of illness and disease. At this time it is not enough to avoid infection for yourself; one must also prevent oneself from becoming a vector of transmission. Suggestions:
▪ It is best to avoid crowded places, or remember to wear a mask.
▪ Wash your hands as soon as possible upon returning home to avoid exposing your family to pathogens.
▪ Don't eat uninspected wildlife or raw foods, such as meat sold at roadside stalls.
I hope everyone will take precautions, return home safely, reunite with their families, and have a good year.
The Four Pillars of Good Health:
A positive mindset
Adequate and balanced nutrition
An appropriate level of activity
Sufficient and quality rest
Tip 1: Wearing a mask helps prevent disease
The virus is mainly spread via airborne droplets and physical contact. *Shenzhen Municipal Health Commission
Zhong Nanshan: It is not necessary to wear an N95 mask; a surgical mask can block most infected droplets from entering the respiratory tract and inflicting the novel coronavirus. Wearing a mask is still useful.
Criteria for mask selection are to be appropriate and based on science!
Choosing the right mask is important.
Wearing your mask properly is just as important!

P.S.: Especially in crowded or confined indoor workplaces or public places, please make sure you are doing your part for disease prevention!!!
Tip 2: In all situations, maintain a positive attitude and respond with the correct measures.

Tip 3: The WHO list of preventive measures
The World Health Organization has helpfully compiled a list of precautions, given here in these four charts.
